Reiki provides many of the same benefits of traditional massage therapy, such as it helps reduce stress, stimulates the immune system, increases energy, and relieves pain and symptoms of health conditions. Reiki is a safe and gentle technique, which is now used successfully in some hospitals.

CHAKRA BALANCING/CLEARING

Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means “sacred wheel or disk”. The Hindu system refers to seven major chakra centers in our body. Chakras are the energy centers within our bodies that processes the flow of life-force energy that’s around us and within us. Chakras are located in the center of our bodies from the top of our head to the base of our spine. Our chakras can be too open or closed or can be spinning too fast or slow. This can cause our chakra system to become dysfunctional. A dysfunctional chakra system can cause physical and emotional problems within our body. Balancing and clearing our chakras will help us to be holistically healthy on a physical, mental & emotional, and spiritual level. Chakra balancing/clearings are done in a sitting position, and is a hands-off treatment.
